I worked at Prologistix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Professional demeanor, Site visits to insure all is well with you and employer, very helpful if you have questions and concerns, and cares about your well being.

    Cons

Distance of location from where I lived.

    Advice to Management

Add Virginia branch offices, other than that keep up the good work.

I have been working at Prologistix full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's basically a staffing company so they get you a job right away. Usually your hourly pay will be low.

    Cons

Usually your pay will be low. You are not promised a full time position. They also have a tendency of messing up your pay check.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more. We are people with lives outside of work. Bills, gas, food look around, it's expensive. It's not cool that you guys get to ride around in BMWs while your employees struggle to make it.

I worked at Prologistix full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great company, plenty of work to go around. Flexible schedules, great staff. By far best company I worked for hands down.

    Cons

I can't think if any cons, while I was there the heads were great, the talent agents as well. I can't complain.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up good work

I have been working at Prologistix part-time

    Pros

Salary is above minimum wage for about four weeks.

    Cons

Downside of working with Prologistix is that they will not answer the phone in the office or call back when yoy leave a mesage. If they have no availability openings they give the higher pay assignment to certain clients.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is to audit who the representatives of their staffing agency will be giving assignments to personal friends or relatives.

    Cons

I just watched the woman at the back left desk put someone down as they passed the swab even though it was positive for meth . At 999 Remington blvd . What a joke !!

    Advice to Management

Stop passing people who fail because it's a risk !!!!!

I worked at Prologistix (Less than a year)

    Pros

I loved the working environment I had at the office position even though it was short term. The Prologistixs team was amazing.

    Cons

I honestly don't care for the phone service that Prologistixs uses. I believe a company should have people at their office answer the phone and provide answers.

I worked at Prologistix full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I worked with great coworkers. I was able to work a flexible schedule. The pay rate was low end for the work that I was doing, but acceptable.

    Cons

Extremely poor communication bordering on the "shady" business practices side of things. I was also let go because I INTERVIEWED for another job, when I was going to leave a 2 week notice once the position was offered. Never mind that we are an at will state. One should always do what is right. Why bother planning to do the right thing when I am just going to be dropped like that? Then they wonder why people quit without notice. The office was understaffed more times than not in a business that was not just thriving, but growing. Can you spell "STRESS"? I was supposed to earn more than I was even though I had taken on more responsibilities from when I started. My wage fell on the lower end of the industry average. Why? I was supposed to be so important and so experienced. No one recognized any of my anniversaries, but did recognize others. Really? Room for growth? What's that?

    Advice to Management

Don't be condescending. Communicate effectively with everyone, every time. Deliver what is promised. Stop being so shady with your workers.
