I have been working at Promaxima Manufacturing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A lot of things to do in this new stage of the company under the new CEO.

    Cons

None from my department, I've had all the help and resorces I've asked for.

I worked at Promaxima Manufacturing full-time

    Pros

It was like working for Ebenezer Scrooge himself! I have never met anyone as mean, condescending and hateful as this man. I cannot begin to understand how a person that owns a company and makes as much money as he does, can be so ignorant. He does not have a computer in his office and sends all of his emails through his cell phone which he has to have someone else do for him. How do you run a business like that?

    Cons

Everything about this company is a joke. No direct deposit, holds checks until after the weekend if payday falls during the weekend. Medical insurance is a joke. Working environment is mentally abusive. You will work and work and work and it will never be enough. No room to ever move up. Be prepared to be the butt of jokes and be embarrassed when Bob calls you out in front of other employees.

    Advice to Management

Sell the company to someone who knows how to treat people. The company could benefit from Bob never darkening the doorsteps again. The employees will thank you and the company will grow by leaps and bounds with a better morale.

    Pros

Some very talented craftsmen work there, some good quality equipment. the place does have potential that sadly will never be realized.

    Cons

Worst place I have ever worked. I would not argue with the negative posts. Amazing that the place has not been cited for more violations.

    Advice to Management

    Retire.

I worked at Promaxima Manufacturing full-time

    Pros

They have a great product to sell with a great price.

    Cons

The owner, Bob is an abusive, overbearing, jerk. Normally this wouldnt be a problem if the owner rarely showed up to work, but this guy is there 6-days a week and makes the environment atrosious to be in. He verbally abuses and swears at employees, he belittles them, and I have seen him throw staplers at a minimum of 2-employees, and encountered a physical altercation with the man, where fists were thrown....

    Advice to Management

Retire, so someone normal can come run the business and make it a beareable place to work.

    Pros

    There are none at all.

    Cons

Horrible management. Company owner brings employee morale down on a daily basis with his anger and control issues. High turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

Owner needs to retire and let the upper management take over. At least, they know how to treat other people decently.

    Cons

No direct deposit, owner had illegals working in warehouse and sent out with the drivers otr (over the road) , if your a company driver no taxes are taken out of your check the first ninety days, trucks are keep in our condition as well as the trailers, trucks and trailers all don't have proper registration if any at all if not past due, will hold your check for the must dumbest reasons to try and manipulate you no respect, owner say one thing does another, company does not know how to put things in black and white on paper, to much to keep listing...

    Advice to Management

    Cons

BOB LEPPKE IS A JOKE..he is very disrespectful towards employees, pay you salary and work you like a dog, no raises and u will get fired if u ask for one, make u pull heavy loads and make u break DOT rules just to get his load down the road. BEWARE this company will spoil your driving record and make it impossible for u to get unemployment or another job....Bunch of JOKES!!

    Advice to Management

Get more organized, let people do what they are paid to do, drivers need more home time, hard working drivers should be treated better And need raises when they are due.

    Advice to Management

Treat people like you want to be treated. Offer some type of incentives if you want any one to deal with that irrate owner.
