Pros

Free food and nice office to work in. If you care about these perks, it's a good place for you.

Cons

One word says it all - unethical. I've worked for many recruiting agencies and Fortune 500 companies and this is by far the worst place I've seen! They have an extremely high turnover rate and most people aren't there longer than a year. Most of the previous management have left and you'll see in their system that many recruiters have been there and left. They preach a positive work environment. It's all show and no tell. Beware. If you are seriously considering them, make sure to read through all these comments. They do force people to write a good recommendation and reward those who do with gift certificates. They pay you to write a positive review! What type of company does that?...it's the one that's actually scared to know the truth. The all 5 stars are probably written by people who want the gift certificate or most likely their HR who has time to boost their image despite their negative reputation.

Pros

There are a lot of smart individuals there.

Cons

The culture is built on burning and churning and employees are treated like numbers. The company is constantly hiring in order to replace people who leave every month. Majority of employees make under $40k while the company makes a profit from squeezing money out of everyone. Their comp structure is one of the worst because it takes people 4-6 years to actually see money coming in. Meanwhile, you're paying back a draw. Management will yell at employees in front of others and continue to reprimand them quite a few times over issues that weren't in employees' control. Taking vacation, sick days or time off is highly discouraged. If you do take time off, they will want you to come in earlier, on Saturdays and Sundays to make up for that time.

Pros

Prosum tries to take on the Google approach by having an open office to encourage a better work environment and culture. That would also include unlimited snacks, a fully stocked bar, large TVs with entertainment and a company holiday party at the end of every year to keep the employees happy.

Cons

Prosum has an extremely high turnover and that seemed to be consistent over the years. Their benefits are probably one of the worst ones I've seen in comparison to the many companies I've been with. It's also not a huge con but they don't have a gym onsite or any incentives to drive health like many of my former employers. They also pay below market average but people like myself seem to stay anyway because of the camaraderie (assuming you can even last that long here). One of Prosum's biggest downfall is the management team. They seem like brilliant individuals or else they wouldn't be in their position but they're not doing something right. They set unrealistic goals and have a lack of strategy to execute them while employees are feeling oppressed. It seemed like a lot of the great ones have left or got let go and the ones that are current, are a bunch of micromanagers and could care less about who you are.
