    Pros

    Cons

No process( doesn't mean the work environment is dynamic), toxic work environment, the company has no clear vision, excessive micromanagement rendering the employees inefficient , uncooperative co-workers(at least the ones I was working with), one man show, rude behavior of senior folks(such behavior shouldn't be tolerated in a professional setup), Chaotic work environment, your goals would keep changing due to the fickle mindedness of one person and you would always stay in a state of confusion
