Pros

- Had Decent Benefits - Remote Work

Cons

It has been on a significant downhill since 2024 when a big layoff happened. - Extremely ruthless and demanding leadership that is deluded from reality of what's feasible and what isn't. - Very high expectations but leadership won't give you necessary resources to succeed. - Overreaching management. They don't give engineers a whole lot of freedom on how to deliver the deliverables - Virtually no career growth. - High organizational instability, you will hear re-orgs once every 3 months - Below average Pay and very little hikes -
