While it's true that this company does a good job of attracting talent and offering promotions, it seems that these positive aspects are short-lived. once you start working there, you quickly realize that the management is poor, turnover is high, and expectations are unrealistic. This leads to a stressful and chaotic work environment, where you're constantly overworked, underpaid, and micromanaged by not only your direct supervisor, but also your peers.
Cons
It's clear that the company needs to make changes in order to create a more positive and healthy work culture. One way to do this would be to set more realistic expectations for employees and hire managers who have experience managing people. Additionally, it's important for the company to follow through on their promises of reviews and raises in a timely manner and treat their employees with respect.

Great job selling positions and you feel good about getting promoted quickly until you realize they are promoting because of high turn-over & poor management.
Cons
This company does a great job getting people in various roles; however, the excitement is short lived. Soon you will be drowning in complete chaos, while being over-worked and underpaid. High expectations will be set for you manage & be on top of an unrealistic workload, in order to get a pay increase... that never comes. Add in the meetings upon meetings that will be set for you, being micromanaged not only by your direct supervisor, but your peers as well and you have a very hostile work environment to say the least. Personal life? None. Work-life balance? None.
