Open minded employer. positive work environment. making employees strive to be better and succeed their personal goals. Open door policy is always in play and you are actually listened too.
Cons
None at the time to be honest. My only cons would be my own personal time management skills need to be better.

Pros
Although it was intimidating to start with a new company, Quantus Creative made the transition very comfortable and easy. They utilized my already existing strengths while allowing me the time to develop my new skills within the company. The work environment is one that focuses on being a unified team where everybody is encouraged to always help and be comfortable asking for help. The ultimate goal of Quantus Creative is to be a business that best serves the client as well as the employee.

No real complaints from me.
