I worked at QuisLex full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Interesting client issues, international in scope

    Cons

Very fuzzy management and ultimately few decisions are made without review by the founders - a difficult environment with minimal delegation of authority.

    Pros

    Pros:
    -They pay on time.
-Decent expat package allows heavy savings.
    -Generally friendly coworkers and management.

    Cons

    Cons:
-Very misleading about work hours during recruitment. 14-hour days are not uncommon, where there are only four or five hours of actual work but you're expected to stay on-site. Terrible work flow process. It is imposible to make any plans during the week, as you never know if you're leaving at 6 or 11. No work-life balance.
-Annoying security paranoia. Layer after layer of redundant guards, sign-ins, fingerprinting. During one work day I counted 80 fingerprint scans. A quick bathroom trip requires four scans.
    -Poor training and unclear expectations.

    Advice to Management

Streamline the workflow. It's a miserable experience to be expected on-site for such long hours with so little work. Clearer expectations. There are no written standards or protocols for the positions. More autonomy for employees.

I have been working at QuisLex full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

QuisLex is firmly positioned at the top end of the market, with a loyal stable of clients that includes leading US and international law firms, multinational corporations and financial institutions. Sources reported that "the attention to detail is unparalleled – they care about the end results." They particularly appreciate the team's "ability to scale up quickly" for major projects. The organisation is headquartered in New York, and offshore work is handled from delivery centres in Hyderabad, in India. Core areas of work include early case assessment and document review for litigation, and contract review and management, as well as M&A services and research work. QuisLex also has notable expertise in handling document review for antitrust investigations.

    Cons

Be prepared for long and rewarding hours.

    Advice to Management

Wish i could clone our management team! They can be spread pretty thin at times! I believe that our CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) has a couple of million miles logged on United Airlines! He's everywhere !

I have been working at QuisLex full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Aftera long consideration of time.. I finally decided to write a detailed feedback/review:
    So the pros are:
    1. Pay/ Salary is good.
    2. But due to bearish market salaries are being decreased during apparaisal cycle. Inhand salary will be though increased but variable will considerable decrease.
    3. If you know how to butter, politics ; then this company is 4 you. Insuch a case you can be a lead or manager in a span of 4 -5 years respectively.
    4. Many people wrote that their earned leaves also don't get approved. But I never faced an issue even for an Loss of pay.

    Cons

    1. Stretching: If the project requires you need to work forcefully, you cant go home even after completion of 12-15 hours in a day. But that occurs when there is a need.
In this case Advice is: Please look into that who is actually doing work or who is just doing time pass.

    2. They have some planned leave bonus which means if you plan your leaves accordingly and don't take unplanned you will get a bonus in 5 digits . Thats actually good. But please bring some policy of sick leave or casual leave or mass/mandatory leave.

    Advice to Management

Everything is good. Pay a bit attention to those employees who hit 2/3 times or planned targets without any or almost with negligible errors but they don't get recognized because they don't butter or play politics.
There are so many Senior assocaites with diffrent skills. Please make some levels in them
Similarly, In leads make hierarchy like lead 1, Lead 2, or Associate lead or something like that.

I have been working at QuisLex full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pros..... You have to search it with Magnifying glass. People will say cab dinner etc , are they giving it for free an unseen amount is been deducted from salary and its given by other established companies in field so no pros. the worst part in quislex is no pros and nothing to say

    Cons

Each day and each oment and every second with Quislex premises is a cons in every resources life . They dont want a resource to think all they want is a dumb ones to go behind their tail and blow trumpets for them. Worst of all quality and qualty managers. partiality in assigning QCer-ship to others who know how these fellows get into QC and raise questions about their eligibility are stopped initially on ground .Worst HR team and their leave policy. Quislex has pool of resources from Kolkatta to work as slaves. they dont hire locals because they know they will agitate if they wrongly approach them for no reason

    Advice to Management

RAM AND SIRISHA please note bring business is not a big deal but remember you get because of your employees not by your elite team NY and HYD. Remember you have a office in HYD also and please look into its administration whats happening , why hire and fire are frequent and why do the HR is so meance in your org. Already because of your elite team and their tails you list the valuable client due to over smartness shown by them. Please step down to look in and re organize the team .
