Unsustainable work environment. Management burns employees out faster than they can replace them. Somehow manages to be incredibly disorganized yet micro-manage every element of the company.

-CEO is ambitious which is great - but this sometimes causes her (and everyone else) to run at 100mph, thus creating a stressful environment -Very much a start-up. Policies and procedures changed constantly/were run on a case-by-case basis -Micromanagement: I didn't feel trusted to work on my own. The work I did accomplish got picked apart each day and would get reviewed back and forth by management to a point where it was unproductive.
