Leadership - CEO - Horrible leader. No morals or ethics. No patience. Will cheat people on bonuses and commissions. Morale is horrible

They warned me they were rebuilding, but they are ineffective and disorganized all over.

Good people but lot of drama and gossips.

Cons

Management never takes responsibility but blames someone else for their poor management. No wonder why this place has high employee turnover. Most employees realize how bad this place is and leave within 2 years.
