      Great people, healthy work-life balance, competitive pay, and strong momentum since the OFS acquisition. It's an exciting time to be part of the company.

      Cons

      PTO and holiday offerings could be improved. There is also room to simplify processes and strengthen collaboration between OFS and ROOM.
