I worked at RPC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is nothing positive about the company to share

    Cons

No work life balance. The company expects to work very hard but payment is very low compare to the market. Employees are highly micro managed. No chance for career growth. It is a culture where managers use employees to cover up their problem (Managers likely blame employees for the mistakes they made. Innocent, hard working, and productive employee might get fired for nothing). Benefits sucks.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be big change in the organization's management style.

I worked at RPC (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very good company to work for: Excellent work environment, friendly people. For the short time I worked for this company, I felt like I had been part of the team/family for years.

    Cons

The Atlanta office I worked in is located a log a busy high and you need make a make a sharp U-turn to join the road when you exit from the campus. This appears to be a bit dangerous at times.

    Advice to Management

I will advise management to keep up the good work being done at RPC. I believe the company has a great future in corporate Americal

I worked at RPC (More than a year)

    Pros

I found the IT management to be great. It was a pleasant environment. The users weren't difficult and there was plenty of work to do.

    Cons

Lower than industry standard pay. For a SQL tech, there wasn't much room to grow. I don't want to be a business analyst and have zero interest in management.
