      - Excellent business model and profitable portfolio - Reputable section 8 developer - Excellent insurance/benefits - Excellent salaries compared to industry - Great work/life balance

      Cons

      - Management is completely broken - Inter office politics are awful - Despotism - Development department does not operate efficiently - Accounting department is full of gossip and drama, among other issues - Racist comments made frequently by management

      Work/life balance, benefits package, nothing else

      Cons

      Upper Management is the worse, they only care about the white people/directors...no one gets paid what they deserve. There is favoritism in the workplace. Upper management does the least amount of work and gets paid the most.

      Cons

      -Company takes advantage of poor people -Overtly racist staff -Owner only cares about filling his pockets with $$$ -Low pay -Unsafe working conditions (and upper management won’t do anything to improve the situation) -Avoid at all costs
