    Pros

Workers of the electrolysis generally work in conditions of hell, from the pros give milk for harm but in the shops in spite of the ventilation very dusty and dirty, the aluminium production could be cleaner, very difficult conditions at the production facility of automatics only manufacture aluminium wire everything else is very old and in poor condition

    Cons

I worked in a plant automation engineer for electrolysis baths but disgusting conditions and wage levels.Very low pay for all the engineers and workers are bordering on unbearable working conditions,

    Advice to Management

Change of company's managers to improve labor efficiency, clean, shop, raise wages for all workers, buy new equipment, to special equipment for shops of electrolysis baths

I have been working at RUSAL full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

RUSAL is one of the leading aluminum and alumina producers in the world. This gives you exposure to interesting deals and contacts.

    Cons

Internal culture that limit your career growth.

    Advice to Management

Motivate right employees and don't limit the career opportunities. Rotate or change directors of the department because currently most of them have zero value to shareholders.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at RUSAL as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Big SAP project, many tasks, great experience. Good balance of work and life - overtime and work at vacations a very rare. Working on remote is common thing in this company.

    Cons

People are nice, but I can't say that they are a team. Company values - very unclear for me. No career - most of SAP Consultants are contractors. There are no free working schedule if you working in office - time when you came to and left out are logged.
