    Pros

Great culture. Team effort from top to bottom to get the sale.

    Cons

Difficulty in getting new products to market compared to the competition. Very lean company a lot of people wearing many hats.

I have been working at Radiometer full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good products although differences among competitors are minor. Salaries are competitive and Radiometer is part of Danaher. Field employees are great.

    Cons

Recent management change with current President lacking experience. Organization is run by marketing rather than sales which presents significant challenges.

    Advice to Management

If you want the field to trust you, then be trustworthy. Keep us informed of why you make decisions. Be sure your decision makers are those who are trusted by those affected by what you decide.

I worked at Radiometer full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Danaher influence has been mostly positive. I enjoyed working there but was disappointed in how the move from OH to CA was handled.

    Cons

Moved US HQ from OH to CA in 2015 and filled key positions with Danes. Americans in OH lost their jobs with the move -- some who were good performers and willing to relocate. Danes on H1B visas currently hold positions that do not require specialized skills and should have been offered to the Ohioans willing to move or to Californians.

    Advice to Management

You should be ashamed of yourself.

I have been working at Radiometer full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great new president with employee focused attitude! Employees work together to achieve the company goals. Part of a large organization with a smaller company feel. Everyone is extremely supportive.

    Cons

The company needs more space in Brea. They need to push Beckman completely out of the building and take over all the space.

    Advice to Management

Keep focusing on employee satisfaction! Hire great people with a strong work ethic.

    Pros

Autonomous work environment for field service. Good products and tech support

    Cons

Health benefits declined every year as per Danaher policy. Field service is stretched too thin to cover 24 hour contracts

    Advice to Management

I know it hurts but for the customer's sake - add head count in the field
