      Pros

      Good learning opportunity. Work done systemically and they have great resources for research.

      Cons

      Overall it is an unhealthy work environment, where the seniors give you unrealistic deadlines for every task which means you have no life outside of work. The seniors will also guilt-trip you if you want to take time off/annual leave and will not respect that you are on your leave.

      The company has a well-structured management process that facilitated an efficient workflow.

      Cons

      There was a prevalent culture of negativity and excessive pressure from seniors, which created a stressful work environment. This negatively impacted morale and made it challenging to focus on tasks without feeling constantly scrutinized and undervalued.
