Pros
Timely organised salary and EPF is paid on time.
Cons
The environment can be quite stressful, especially for juniors. There were instances where communication was delivered in a harsh or intimidating manner, which made it difficult to learn effectively. Constructive feedback and guidance would have been more helpful and encouraging.

- nice colleagues - organised and structured filing system - office administration is usually smooth - strategic location - positive learning curve, in terms of work
Cons
- high turnover rate - lots of power tripping and common workplace bullying i.e degrading, yelling, ridiculing one's efforts and hard work in public, unnecessary regulations and workload - poor work life balance - little room and space for new recruits to adapt - low tolerance towards different approaches, working and drafting styles - very hierarchical
