      Hardworking good people Small enough to have the opportunity to be a part of its growth plan Supportive managers and leaders Autonomy Flexibility People have worked here for many years and they are very welcoming No egos Respected brands Great products (reduced cost for staff)

      Pros

      Complete autonomy to do my job Supportive management Ambitious without being toxic Great work/life balance On a journey of growth which is an exciting environment to work in Very caring culture - everyone looks after each other, everyone is so friendly.

      Cons

      Lack of investment to match ambitious growth plans but always open to being challenged on this. Office is a little dated but it doesn't bother me too much as I would prefer a nice culture which I find Rayware has Could have more benefits but things are changing as the business is investing in this area.
