Pros

Benefits, challenge, small team, growing if you are in management, surface level care appearance.

Cons

May take a chance on you, but quickly cuts you loose before vetting all opportunities. Management is all about themselves, and will now only hire upper level talent, no development or hire within as used to be the case.

We appreciate your feedback and want you to know we take concerns like these very seriously. We have shared this with our top-level management including our CEO and HR team as we have a zero-tolerance policy for behavior as you have mentioned above. We strive to be a firm that celebrates our differences and respects differing opinions. It is important to us that everyone has a voice and that their voices are heard. Fostering a culture with diversity of thought and diversity of perspective will help us drive improvement, develop new ideas, enhance our client service, and offer a positive, well-rounded employee experience for all of our team members. Our CEO, Mark McKinley, asked that you contact him directly as he welcomes any conversation from previous employees who have concerns about the culture we promote and encourage at Rea. Pros

Work is challenging and varied. Management is always willing to sit down with you to make sure you understand what you are doing. Very flexible work schedule. Opportunities exist for those willing to put in the effort.

Cons

Required commitments outside of the office make work-life balance difficult. Many opportunities for advancement seem to come when an employee is willing to relocate. No incentive/bonus compensation for acheiving charge hour budgets.
