Pros
It is extremely motivating and rewarding to work with individuals who truly care about each other’s success. Additionally, the support from our leadership is unmatched! I have been granted multiple opportunities to grow with the business, and expand my skills, strengths and interests in different areas of our operations. I feel very fortunate that after almost 9 years with Recruiting Solutions, I am still passionate about what I do and am so grateful to continue growing my career with an organization where I feel I can make an impact.

Company was unorganized that procedures constantly changed with little notice and leadership was unable to explain new procedures thoroughly Was told one pay rate during hiring but it was lower once the job started They expected us to teach ourselves procedures but we were reprimanded if we didn't understand

The company is agist. They expect employees to have no contact with others, when working accounts quality is not a priority. HR makes light of complaints.
