You need to be thick-skinned and be able to handle pressure. You cannot slack-off and need to be applying full effort or you wont succeed. You need to be very self organized and able to manage yourself. Overall, these are not so bad as long if your a good worker.

the owner is the biggest con artist in Los Angeles poor customer service and their rent cars from other companies and rent it to you for more .dirty cars are always smelling like ashtray. I've seen cars with no rubbers on the tires very unsafe condition for consumers
