    You get a very high discount on the clothes, high energy environment, flexible

    Cons

    Long hours, they send you all over all REISS stores to cover sometimes, super stingy on giving people a raise

    Don’t expect employees to put the job on a pedestal if you don’t treat them well

        -80% Employee Discount, the only Pro of working for this brand.

        Cons

        -No work/life balance, Associates were required to work EVERY weekend (no exceptions) -Condescending behavior from corporate. -Owner/CEO will fire associates on the spot if they did not fit the look of the brand -Inconsistent floor policies from store managers -Favoritism -Required to wear high heels for every shift. -Horrendous pay!

        Advice to Management

        Hire more FT employees, actually listen to what their needs are. Implement better pay and benefits.

        Great discount and great product.

        Cons

        - There is no computer system for banking. All receipts are stored in an envelope and stuck in a storage bin. There is no computer trail. - Micromanagement from corporate. Whenever they were in the store they became the store managers. - Very Unorganized company - Lots of fast turnover

        hire more corporate employees and work harder to market the company in America.

        Wonderful clientele, opportunities to build a client book, new perspectives on the business of fashion and corporate boutiques.

        Cons

        Disingenuous management, culture of verbal harassment, inconsistent values and floor policies, lack of communication, poor/non-existent training, unprofessional managers

        Advice to Management

        It would be to the benefit of the management to create cohesive and consistent narratives and policies, ensure that those in higher positions are not abusing their roles as they have, and encourage open dialogue while discouraging the rampant verbal harassment that was both seen and felt, especially towards new-comers which certain supervisors openly acting as bullies.
