    Unreasonable Expectations

    Pros

Commission, free clothing, my hourly rate was 18 so make of that what you will. I found it unspectacular

    Cons

Management expects you to perform at a level that they themselves are unable to match. They foster a culture in which every employee is constantly at each other's throats over inconsequential things such as folding and replenishment.

This Company is a complete JOKE!!!

Apr 19, 2022 - Senior Sales Associate in New York, NY
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Location is convenient to where I live.

    Cons

Horrible pay, toxic work environment, long hours with no break, no room for growth, condescending upper management, high turnover rates, fast fashion provides no room for customer service, company cares more about money being made over wellbeing of employees. The "commission" is a JOKE and you don't even see it in your paycheck. The hourly wage is pathetic and even if you have the experience they will still pay you pennies and expect you to work your fingers to the bone. It's not worth it!!!!
