Definitely has been an experience! For someone who is interested in learning, there is an overwhelming amount of learning to do! From marketing, to strategies, to development, to management....we learn everything in between! Having been with the company for over a year, I had the opportunity to go from Entry level training to management in 8 months. An experience to help develop our clients from all facets of the industry and bring them a ton of results is just an amazing vessel for training and building into executive management. Definitely the commitment to a career path for that person whether experienced or not who wants to learn to be an absolute expert at what we do and help others do so as well! I definitely recommend the opportunity for those humble, self-motivated individuals who want a career path that can lead them to management at a very rapid pace. It’s confusing when people say they want management, but are not willing to put the work ethic into it to get the job done. Traveling! I love the fact we get to travel all over the nation to learn, and strengthen the relationships with more clients, mentors, and sometimes even travel for fun, all paid for!
Cons
It is a big time commitment. However anyone serious about becoming an expert at anything needs 10,000 hours to gain that expertise. “IF something is worth it, it probably is hard right?” is something someone told me recently. Totally makes sense. They have condensed the training program, that could potentially take years in a corporate setting and make it so that someone can pick it up in a third or less of the time. It’s a no brainer for those with that open mind to learn and grow. I think too many people are looking for that instant gratification in life, thinking management, money, growth, happens in an instant. It’s Organic! It takes time and effort and a lot of hard work and determination to reach that end result. Definitely being pushed by the management team to reach our full potential and become a better version of ourselves.
