I learned a lot working at Reqlut. The CTO is a great developer that loves teaching employees to code. The team is great, they now how to work hard, but in a good mood.

Sometimes the team spend too much time discussing irrelevant issues. They do not focus in the most important things. Also they work too much hours per day.
Reqlut is an entrepreneur project that it is starting to develop, and gives their employers the oportunity to build a company. The culture and team are great.
Cons
Obviously the salaries aren't good, but they will improve for sure in the early future. The company is starting in making revenues.
