Pros
In all honesty, not many pros but there is a 20 word minimum to this section. People were nice.
Cons
Highest turnover ever seen and I have now been made aware the company is blacklisted by some Michael Page-type/ H companies Boss is extremely hands on and "dictatorial". She used what I personally consider psychological abuse towards more fragile employees - tears and screams abound. Hiring is often based on personal relationships - not skill - and the list of disgruntled employees is so tremendously long, I met people who worked there before my time, bonding around legal options towards the CEO. Also, a very limited understanding of IT makes it doubtful there is any real worth in the system.
