Pros

The recruiting agency was very polite, friendly and helpful.

Cons

The screening process included unnecessary assignments that were way too time-consuming and unpaid. The Chief of staff promoted a work culture that felt out of sync with the creative process. After a screening process of over 12 h they did not provide any feedback or for that matter a thank you note.

Pros

It’s hard to find anything positive about a place that blatantly cheats its workers. I’m still waiting to be paid what I rightfully earned.

Cons

- The people running this company are deceitful and heartless. - Promises of big commissions were nothing but empty lies. - After bringing in major clients, I was rewarded with pocket change. - Dishonesty runs deep here—even those at the top lie without shame.

Pros

None. Probably, the worst company I have worked with.

Cons

I closely worked with the CEO in the Miami Beach office. My work included collaborating with the CEO, Operations Team, Content Team and Chief of Staff. - CEO and senior management are extremely incompetent and have absolutely no clarity on what they want. They would throw jargon words from AI and expect you to build something within a week and show impact within a month. - Poor treatment of employees. Most of my team worked from India, who they treated like second class people. They would have to show up in the office in the morning, and then also provide support during night i.e USA's daytime. - Deceptive perception. I joined this company thinking they are an ecommerce startup with cutting edge technology. The chief of staff doesn't even know what Anthropic is. For them, the cutting edge technology ends at ChatGPT. - Racism is their culture. CEO had often used racist terms against Chinese, Indians, Natives. - You can understand how terrible this company with their retention period. The average retention period in the India office is 6 months. In the USA office, it is 13 months. - Also, most of the positive reviews are by current employees who have been asked to do so. During my time there, this happened a lot where Indian team was asked to post fake reviews on Glassdoor
