I have been working at Rolex full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Pros? Benefits, definitely! Good medical insurance. You get 12 paid holidays throughout the year. 4 weeks vacation right off you start and they add an extra one after 5 year of service. You get a watch when you hit 10 years in the company. 6 personal days. New York office has a gym and lactation room as well as a private park exclusive for Rolex employees. 401k is heaven. 33% match for your contributions plus... 10-15% of your annual salary for profit sharing. You also get a bonus at the end of the year; usually it's the 10%. There're several volunteering opportunities and they have a company picnic and a fancy holiday party. They riffle out tickets for special events such as the us open or an opera performance. Work-life balance. You never work weekends and there is not much OT. You are out of the office by 5ish. The company offers a lot of stability, that's why you see that majority of employees've been in the company for 20+ years

    Cons

Dental and vision are very limited. Management runs the company in an old fashion way. The system is ... just... worthless. Lack of growth. Checks are sort of low for NYC standards.

    Advice to Management

engage more in the personal growth of your people

I have been working at Rolex full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

9am-5pm work days and weekends off. Incredibly cheap in terms of salary and health benefits. Inflexibleand hostile work environment.

    Cons

Working with Swiss counterparts who are racist and bigoted. CEO refers to Tiger Woods as being part of "other people."

    Advice to Management

Improve health benefits and increase salary as it is not as great as management assumes.

I have been working at Rolex full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Excellent vacation policy, medical benefits, 401k and profit sharing, life insurance, and extremely liberal holiday schedule. Great facilities and spacious workspaces. Proud to work for the top brand in the world.

    Cons

Could be more flexible with working from home. Growth opportunities are somewhat limited but the company is not a high growth type company

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

I have been working at Rolex full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Health insurance is great but doesn’t make up for below average pay and work conditions. The extra time off at the end of the year is a great perk.

    Cons

Old school boys club, outdated software and procedures. Lavish expense for non-events and monumental waste of food and other resources is terrible.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the bottom line and value your employees.

I have been working at Rolex full-time

    Pros

Really good benefits, 4 weeks vacation after 1 year, many volunteer opportunities, 4O1k, holidays, and personal days. It is a sharing profit company and you get a 13k watch after 10 years of working. Nice and clean environment

    Cons

Checks aren't heavy. The basic salary isn't that good.

    Advice to Management

Provide a little bit more of opportunity to learn and grow within the company
