Pros
People are awesome. Most of management is really easy to work. The work is neat if youre interested in composites. Travel and spend time in some random places that often are quite endearing. Having an entire off season is cool if you can afford to do so.
Cons
Seasonal work only through the summer. Not great on the retirement benefits. Not really enough money to live/work seasonally.

It's a great company to work for, we get some perks and benefits. We can also take time off during the winter.
Cons
The pay is not great. The travelling schedule can tire you out.
