Having the ability to work from home is amazing! Your coworkers are extremely nice and easy to work with. When you need help, they are always there to support you. When it comes to providing good customer service, our first priority is customer satisfaction. The platform is easy to understand, and Route4Me also focuses on training customers how to navigate through the platform easily to guarantee customer success.

I've been here for several years. I really like it here. Advancement is rapid. Everyone is highly professional without being "stuffy" about it. The best of the best. A wonderful feeling of community here. Everyone helps everyone and looks out for each other. They really care. Knowing that I am working for the best company in the industry is a great feeling. The company is growing at 100 MPH, and it's obvious why.

Pros
Since starting over a year ago with R4Me, the company has been amazing to work with, they care about their employees but also our customers. It's truly a blessing to have found a legit + great company that's growing and being apart of that growth. You don't feel anxiety to work and they maintain a great company culture. + always listening to feedback in ways to improve with not only our day to day but structure in time off + policies etc

The tasks are challenging at times, but this makes it interesting to work on them. Great team of real professionals. The development team is really brilliant.

- I used Route4Me on two prior jobs before becoming a part of the team. Over the years I evaluated numerous competitors for Fortune 500 and mid-size companies. Route4Me is by far the best product on the market, and I've recommended it several times before onboarding. - Several things were especially impressive during my trials and eventual purchase of software : o The program was very easy to use, the learning curve was short, and when I did have issues Route4Me had instant on-line chat where a knowledgeable rep. was instantly available to help. By far Route4Me has the best Customer Support Team. o One weekend I was preparing for an important Board Meeting presentation and having technical issues. The VP of Operations took my call personally and walked me through a solution. o Routing solutions generate quickly and produce accurate results - I was so impressed with both the Technical Proficiency and Customer Service Culture that it became my dream to work there one day - Eventually the VP of Operations called and offered me a position with the Company. I accepted and everything I expected has come true. - Excellent training and online knowledge base for self training. Everything is very well documented and organized. - Highly motivated co-workers that return calls/emails promptly - Continuous Improvement culture. Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the technology and improve the product even more. - Expectations are clear and challenging, but fair, and surprisingly fun

Probably the best team of smartest hi-tech professionals in the fleet optimization industry. Very friendly and dedicated colleagues from all over the world. The team operates 24/7, and it is a fully virtual and flexible work environment. A lot of learning opportunities. One of the critical benefits to mention - understanding that the company brings the real, tangible value for the clients: an efficient last-mile solution.
Cons
Be ready for complex tasks and use your skills to the full capacity. It is not a regular routine 8-to-5 office job.
