Pros

The management is so out of touch one could literally lay low and contribute nothing for years. If you are in the circle of trust and drink the cool-aid you can do nothing wrong.

Cons

This is my opinion and my opinion only. This was the Worst Management I've ever experienced. The company was sold and the new owners turned managerial responsibilities to sales people and the company has been going down hill ever since. Management is intimidated by employees. Management shamefully paid out bonuses in a year with multiple layoffs. Rampant Nepotism and Sexism HR allowed employees to date their direct report and still allowed them to conduct their evaluations and determine their eligibility for bonuses and raises. HR is not only ineffective but also a liability. At one point every member of the HR team was dating another employee thus objectivity went out the window. Management hindered any progress because efficiencies reduced billable hours. One cannot express frustration or criticize the status quo without repercussions. Very high turnover. Salaried Employees were expected to take PTO for time off even if they had plenty of unpaid overtime during the same week. Employees at the same level made significantly different salaries. Sometimes the difference could be nearly double. Management would announce that there would be no additional layoffs and then have layoffs a few months later. Employees did not find management trustworthy nor competent to get the job done. There was no formal training or documentation for employees to reference before being thrown on critical items.

Pros

Downtown Location offers flexible options to commute. Access to the extensive skyway system during breaks. Project and program managers are invested in their work product. Coworkers are friendly and happy to help new folks get comfortable.

Cons

The parent company is in another country and is focused solely on the bottom line, pressuring management to see humans as cogs in a business machine and is not invested in the people who do the work and keep the doors open.
