    Pros

Generally a positive attitude among management and staff.

    Cons

Regarding SESAC's headquarters in Nashville, be aware that while the cost of living is lower in the South, so are salaries.

    Advice to Management

As SESAC's business involves issuing licenses to use music, collecting license fees and and distributing royalties to music publishers and songwriters, the company must have excellent IT leadership, equipment and staff. The company has never had adequate IT leadership or knowledge and it continues to suffer from this fault.

    I worked at SESAC full-time

    Pros

Great management team, great HR dept, good atmosphere among employees. Nice location and surroundings. Good opportunity to grow.

    Cons

Very little to complain about. Each job is what you make it. There isn't any reason a person can't do well at SESAC if they remain reasonable and work hard.

    Advice to Management

The members of your management teams who have been with you the longest know the most about how to guide the company forward.
