      Great initial salary and quick promotions.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, favoritism, venture capitalist backed and utilization driven without support, no training, agressive senior management, two faced, chronic restructuring, pathetic change management or implementation, limited standards, silos of product development across the different offices yet pushing to universal employees, horrible work life balance.
