good company, nice people, if you're professional, skilled ( maybe entry to mid level ), it'll be a relaxed working place. you can learn basics about websites, social media, web marketing and chinese culture. it's a well known Chinese company, can build up your resume quickly
Cons
people think it's just a small oversea office for the headquarter in China, and being quite conservative. sometimes they don't care about you doing this job good or not, can be disappointing
