Pros

Feels like high school Waste of time Uneducated HR team Nepotism Lack of leadership

Cons

If you like high school drama, this is a great place for you. All your management team and above are completely worthless. They treat you like a number and not as a human. Do you want to see a joke department head on over to the HR team. The only one word they know it’s “ultimately”. But they can get away with treating people anyway they want because they don’t have to follow California laws. They throw a team member appreciation every month to distract you and think they care about you. However, they don’t. The problem is anyone who has stepped up to management is no longer with the company anymore. Weird how that seem to happen. They hire very very young so they try to mold you and make you feel like you’re part of a fake team.

Pros

Location (maybe? depends on where you live). Save your car mileage and gas. But is it worth it? Trust me, your mental and physical health is more important than your car.

Cons

Where do I start? HR (or should I say PEOPLE AND TALENT?) they don't know anything! Because most of them are kids in their 20s that just got out of community college, and it looks like it's their first job ever. Cool? Not really. People suffer because of that. Now let's talk about Table Games Department. So many unprofessional, selfish people in one place = a total disaster. The benefits could be better and more affordable. The schedule is all over the place every week, and the guy who does the schedule doesn't care! If you want to get breakfast/lunch/dinner at the cafeteria, the lady who gives you your plate will disrespect you if you ask for more (body shaming, rude). There are no lockers, just useless garment bags for dealers only (as of today).

Pros

Free lunch and that about it

Cons

Inhaling smoke everyday, nepotism(although they will say it doesn't exist), management does not take criticism well and will retaliate for the smallest things, very petty, unorganized, and lousy management from majority of departments. Ran by people who are not eligible for the role they were hired for. Will blame employees to save themselves from their inadequacy to do things right. Like highschool, a lot of small minded people that live off drama and believe everything they hear. If you are not apart of the managers' cliques you should not work here, they will do anything to make themselves look better even if it's at the expense of others.
