    Pros

    Worked actively to make sure I got offers from my potential employer, checked in regularly to see how interviews went and if I was still interested in the job. Walked me in on my first day! very persistent! And they always do payroll on time.

    Cons

    No complaints, I think they do a good job.

    I worked at SNI Technology full-time

    Pros

    Work life balance and flexibility. Ability to plan your own day.

    Cons

    Company doesn't invest in the employees. Pathetic office and tools/resource provided. No perks to the job.

    Advice to Management

    Better communication and motivation. Call out when orders are real or not and keep the team up to date on expected commission.

    I worked at SNI Technology full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The DC Location and The DC lunch/happy hour;
    Networking Events;
    Time AWAY from the office.

    Cons

    High Turnover;
    Micro Management to the 10th degree;
    High Volume Sales/Marketing job even tho you get the title of Manger;
    Low company morale;
    NO freedom to be an adult, your entire workday is scheduled from 8:00a - 5:00p., very much a prison mentality;
    Outdated furniture, uncomfortable cubicles and chairs , boring, non motivating, work environment;
    They don't care about the candidate, they only care about making a placement;
    Unless you are making placements, they make you feel like you don't exist;
    Not a team environment, it's every shark for themselves;
    They hire anybody and give them less than adequate training;
    RIDICULOUS metrics to meet;
    No career path;
    Can't have music or background noise so everyone just sits in this big fishbowl of an office all day making phone calls;
    Trust factor does not exist among the team which makes it very uncomfortable to work in;
    Gives the staffing industry a bad reputation. I'll NEVER go back to staffing after my experience with SNI;
    Lots of favoritism.
    And I don't even want to discuss the nasty, unhealthy, rarely cleaned refrigerator......I'M DONE!

    Advice to Management

    I have no advice to management. My advice is to the people who are considering working here, DON'T do it unless you truly enjoy a SALES/MARKETING WORKING environment.

    I worked at SNI Technology full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Reviews here are candidate based or just written by management/corporate themselves
    **(Admitted to whitewashing reviews)**

    High earning potential. (After 90 days)
    Lots of job orders for decent clients.
    Quick hiring process.
    Great tools provided at start (Job boards, LinkedIn, etc)
    Awesome training manual/content.
    Great place for closers who know what they're doing already.
    Someone quits almost every week so lots of opportunities for growth.
    If you've worked at Robert Half, you'll be hired on the spot.

    Cons

    Crazy high turnover.
    No office/company culture.
    If you're not into sports you won't fit in.
    Commissions almost non-existent first 90 days and all recruiters are commission-only (Draw)
    Training program is useless but great guide if you read through it.
    Benefits are god-awful as most employees will tell you. (Aren't available first 90 days either)
    Very little trust and cooperation. (No teamwork)
    Employees are older and stuck in their ways.
    Bullhorn.
    Bullpen.
    Temp/perm divisions segregated.
    Creativity shunned. If you can't adopt their archaic processes you're going to have a bad time.
    Very little job security unless you can start producing almost immediately.
    Have to pay for parking with no reimbursement.
    Claim pay is bi-weekly but closer to 15-20 days between direct deposits.
    People there hate their job.
    Turnover so high people jokingly asked why corporate even prints company directories anymore.
    No Wi-Fi, slow internet, computer locked down and usage is monitored.
    No real set metrics or quotas.
    Productivity judged almost solely on how often you're on the phone.
    Management admitted to whitewashing these reviews.
    Don't care about candidates once they start billing.
    Palpable negative energy, constant inter-personal drama, insecure employees, and highly political social atmosphere.
    NDA and employment contract are insane due to the high-turnover. (Read WELL before signing)
    8am - 5 pm workdays.
    The lack of job security makes current employees ruthless. You will be stabbed in the back the first chance they get if they think you're a threat or just don't like you.
    Passive leadership.
    Encouraged to push candidate salaries down as far as possible.
    Lack of capture management on new accounts.
    Asking for help will be taken as a sign of weakness and you will be ridiculed.
    Every employee under 30 is miserable there.
    Hatred for anything Robert Half is what drives upper management.
    Non-existent sales/business development.

    Advice to Management

    Develop a real training program around your great content.
    Encourage creativity.
    Update benefits.

    I worked at SNI Technology full-time

    Pros

    Tons of opportunity, I had a great mentor and direct supervisor, the company is growing so the opportunities are their if you stick it out and crush it.

    Cons

    Smaller company so hard to compete at times and high turn over. Every staffing agency has high turn over though.

    Advice to Management

    My management was great and seemed like it was growing and getting better when I left so no advice from me.

    I have been working at SNI Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great office interactions and my team is especially great at working together. Have made some great additions to the office/culture. I feel like we are primed/set up for growth and we are all working hard to achieve that.

    Cons

    Could use a little better training, but that is being worked on and should get better. Also, the benefits could be a bit better.

    Advice to Management

    Keep hiring/retain top notch talent that is here currently. For upper management, continue to support the middle management/offices like you do and we will continue to grow!

    I have been working at SNI Technology full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    SNI Technology is a great temporary staffing agency to work for. They offer those they place in a position a competitive wage, great support, and on time payment.

    Cons

    They are a temporary staffing agency - so you're paycheck, unless they have positions in your expertise, will be sporadic at best

    Advice to Management

    More Opportunity for those you place

    Pros

    Great pay, good clients, team environment, competition some what low. Over all enjoy working in the environment. Maybe try a better seating system so we can have a better team interactive environment.

    Cons

    No real training, expensive benefits, not all tools are given for success. All training is very fast and not thorough explanation.

    Advice to Management

    Better training program, better management, provide all materials needed to be successful
