    Pros

Flexible schedule. Easy to plan to your day around or have a second job.

    Cons

Not enough work. They also short your checks and you have to call to get them to correct it. Leadership doesn't answer your calls when you have questions. Pay is not great.

    Pros

The hours are great - - - because nobody really works that hart

I worked at SPAR Group (More than a year)

    Pros

The people were great, I got to work from my home office, and I was able to build a brand from scratch, helping it re-establish industry leadership and presence.

    Cons

The company is a bottom feeder that used to have success buying distressed companies. They are cost-focused and not willing to invest in growing categories in a changing retail landscape. The board is focused on increasing share price not on investing in the future growth of the company.

    Advice to Management

See the changes taking place in the industry and position the company to survive and thrive in the new retail landscape. Look for acquisitions in growth areas and pay up for good companies that can change the business model and bring in new clients in different categories.

    Pros

Excellent flexible schedule. Many people complain about not getting enough work - so I wouldn't count on this job for full-time employment. It is perfect, however, for students and people who just need a little income. The average pay is $10/hour. You are paid per job, so however long it takes to complete .... It might be hard to understand the job requirements when you start, but most company employees are happy to help you.

    Cons

I hear from management ONLY when THEY want to talk to ME. Not when EYE want to talk to THEM. As I am very independent, this usually doesn't bother me.

    Advice to Management

Why do you have such HIGH turn-over in lower management? Seems like always somebody different calls me ...

    Advice to Management

Appreciate and listen to your employees, they see the day to day operations and can provide valuable feedback.
