Emma and Ben @SW6 were fantastic in helping me secure my next role. The continued communication was key in helping me prep for each stage of the interview process. Even more important, they took into account me as a person. Would my characteristics mesh with the people and company I would be working for. Aligning my wants and needs for security and career progression. This truly allowed me to feel comfortable and secure in a new working environment. Thank you for all your help guys.

The culture of the business is on point. There's nothing better than working in a fun and bubbly office. Not only are the managers determined for the business to succeed but also every employee in respect of their personal goals. Progression is limitless and the rewards are never ending. The training is also great! I've worked here for two months and hit my first promotion! Fab place to work!

Not enough hours in the day!

They have looked after me from the get go, coming into the industry I needed thorough training - which is exactly what they provided. Our office has such a great buzz, it's sociable, supportive and encouraging to do your best. The earning potential is uncanny - saving up for a deposit at 20 years old is something I had never imagined until I joined SW6! Overall, I couldn't recommend it more.

At SW6, you not only love the job you are doing, but you are also making plenty of money needed to enjoy the London lifestyle; the bars, clubs and other social aspects that surround the SW6 office in Central London! With excellent employee, employer relations and superb empowerment for new hires, SW6 listen to and take on board the opinions of everyone in the office. This environment and office culture, paired with strong drive and SW6's stance in the market place make me certain this company has an exciting and successful future ahead.

Working in a target orientated environment demands a lot of hard-work and determination, more than most other roles. However, if you are financially driven and keen to build a strong, long-lasting career in a rewarding role, this shouldn't prove a problem!
