      Pros

      The people at SWAT Mobility are very smart and open-minded. The company is very diverse, with teammates from many different countries and backgrounds. Because of that, everyone respects each other and works well together. Also, the company structure is quite flat compared to other places I’ve worked. It's easy to talk to anyone, including C-Levels.

      Cons

      It would be great to have a more diverse selection of snacks in the office.

      The team was truly exceptional, Most supportive team I have worked with so far. They have 10+ nationalities working in the company and love the diversity. All the managers are supportive and flexible. From HR to the CEO, Everyone is approachable and open to your feedback.
