      Desperate for a job and paycheck

      Cons

      Poor management, any independant thought is ignored and can lead to termination. Leadership lacks experience in field work most performed by employees. Company fails to comply with labor regulations of multiple states and federal labor regulations applicable to federal contractors, which is the companies primary business.

      It used to be a great company under Steve Sain's leadership.

      Cons

      Management is reactive and often clueless. CEO is not a good leader and acts BiPolar at times. Very top heavy organizational structure.
