Pros

SalesFirst was an amazing company to work for. I left with a better understanding of recruiting, sales, leadership and over business acumen. The time I spent working for this team was an invaluable experience and will be something I take throughout my career. Leadership is clear and transparent on expectations and provide a collaborative training atmosphere. SalesFirst is the best at what they do and have mastered the challenging art of finding top sales talent for their clients.

Cons

Sourcing great sales talent is a challenge in itself. Lots of calls, screen time and process improvements to become effective - this can be a drain. The team around you help to bring an up-beat culture but this is hard work with a lot of activity.

Pros

I had the pleasure of working for SalesFirst Recruiting for nearly 4 years, and I can assure you, this is a company that does recruiting right. Rather than take on any role that comes their way, SalesFirst Recruiting dedicates itself to mastering a field and doing it better than anyone. Everyone on the team is a performer who takes pride in their work and strives to make the people around them better. If you are looking for a recruiting firm to help with your search, or seeking a job in recruiting where you will become an industry expert, you can't go wrong here.

Cons

Third-party recruiting, by nature, is a challenging job that requires a lot of effort to be successful. The team at SalesFirst does its best to make sure everyone does well, but if you are unwilling to put in the effort yourself, you won't make it.

Pros

SalesFirst Recruiting is the sum total of its people, and we only hire awesome, enthusiastic, goal oriented people who are constantly looking for personal and professional growth. We are a boutique recruiting firm that specializes in sales and marketing roles. We don't intend to be everything to everybody, rather we are local subject matter experts who make a big impact for our clients and candidates. The roles at SalesFirst Recruiting are rewarding because we change people's lives by advancing their life goals when we connect them with healthy companies in career positions. Few jobs provide a more sincere thank-you than when a recruiter works hard and changes a candidate's life.

Cons

Recruiting at this level is nuanced with a lot of moving parts to constantly manage which can be challenging to all but the sharpest minds. This is an open work environment and the recruiter's efforts are constantly on display which means that successful recruiters will be comfortable speaking in front of peers and management often. There is rejection in this role. Candidates will no-show their recruiter, great candidates will self-destruct in an interview, and what looked like a sure thing can turn into nothing in a matter of minutes.
