      Its a great training ground plus the place is like a family

      Pros

      -good people -team system to help with work load -quite flexible if they trust that you are working -bosses are kind -family vibes as company is small -pay is competitive as compared to other sme

      Cons

      -beneifts not good as compared to mnc -sometimes required to work late but they will compensate time off -its 5.5 work week on paper but u dont have to work on sats unless there is training (bcss,mwah) or emergencies (rare if ever)

      Pros

      A really great place to work. Leadership is very encouraging and support the development of everyone in the business. Great attention and care is given to staff wellbeing with many benefits offered. Team building is a core of the business.

      Pros

      Colleagues are very willing to teach and share their knowledge, making it a very good place to pick up knowledge. Project team is very close with each other, no observable internal politics.

      Cons

      Being SME, manpower is slightly on the short side, however, it presents a good learning opportunity as you will get to learn everything on the job. Compensation and benefits on the lower end of the scale.
