Fun culture overshadowed by lack of career growth

Culture is fun but don’t expect that your boss will have a good plan for you, like promotion or salary increase based on the market. Less expectations less disappointment.
Cons
Career growth is almost nonexistent internally. Promotions are rare, even for employees who have been with the company for 3–5 years. In many cases, employees are assigned additional responsibilities and are repeatedly promised promotions that never materialize. Compensation also appears inconsistent and unfair. Some employees receive significantly higher salaries, while others in administrative roles earn compensation comparable to entry-level call center positions despite their experience and contributions. There is also a noticeable perception of favoritism within leadership. Certain employees who are known to be moonlighting or working multiple jobs continue to receive favorable treatment and higher compensation, even when their commitment and performance appear to be affected. Meanwhile, other employees who are fully dedicated to their roles do not receive the same level of recognition or opportunities for advancement.
