Pros
Almost all of the partners are fantastic to work with. There is plenty of opportunity to learn and it's easy to get the things you need to do your job in office or at home (i.e. computer equipment).
Cons
There's a reason everyone leaves, and it's because of the few who ruin it for the rest. I'm unaware of very few non-partners who have stayed more than a year, and the two who have, it appears to be for personal reasons. They can't seem to hold onto enough people to make work livable, and the turnover makes your job significantly harder. Pay is also significantly lower than at other firms, regardless of department.
