      Pros

      Scanova (Trycon) is one of the best product company to work with. You will find great work culture here, good place to learn and work with brilliant people. You will enjoy the team outings, monthly activities, townhall meetings and many more. The management takes care of all the employees. In case you are in trouble, they are always there to help. Learning curve is highly exponential here as there are suites of products and you will get to know about good technologies to deep dive. Hope this helps.
