So many layoffs!

Pros

Salary was pretty good, and benefits were okay.

Cons

I was here for a little over a year. There were so many layoffs during my time here. After each series of layoffs, leadership would say "this won't happen again", yet it continued to happen. Leadership was toxic, and big projects kept getting pushed back. There was no room for growth. This company is going downhill fast.

Pros

Avoid at all costs. This place is full of backstabbing, lying, pathetic people. Its a club of 5-6 people who are racist against foreigners, incompetent, and more slimy than a disgusting worm. Because this people hired who have no expertise, they took over 2 years to launch a single product. There is no strategy, there is no structure, there is no positivity because the C suite down is incompetent, and the minions underneath them are a joke. They have senior directors of everything, but check it - look up how many people report to these so called functional leaders lead - none. Working for the peoples republic would be less toxic and damaging to your brand than working for this company.

Cons

Avoid this group of toxic, pathetic, incompetent people.

Toxic work environment

Pros

Good pay and remote position

Cons

Toxic environment, they hire and fire people like it’s going out of style. They fired over 25% of the company while I was there. You are micromanaged, you are not put on a pip and let go without any previous indication that you are at risk. They preach inclusivity but I’ve never felt more alienated with leadership all being related to eachother or previously dating one another (such as the COO and CEO…) talk about toxic. Management doesn’t train you and continuously reschedules trainings and leaves you to fend for yourself, the training you do receive is subpar, sets you up for failure and does not prepare you for the job, quotas are based off a 2.0 release that has been pushed back 2 years and counting and thus is un achievable with high customer churn due to over promising and not delivering. I was poached from another company and FULLY regret my time there as I learned nothing and was thrown to the wayside by management and my outgoing interview was that I did nothing wrong but leadership thought I was too expensive, they let me go a couple days before my first vest of stock. The cherry on top was when I got hired at another company I had to do a background check and no one from HR would answer their calls so they had a hard time validating my employment there and thus I had to provide documentation on my own in the form of pay stubs to prove my time there. Do not join this company if you are looking for a career as you will regret it and I hope all the other recent reviews show you that this is an incredibly toxic workplace full of nepotism and favoritism, you will be in fear of losing your job from the moment you’re hired. Their product is a glorified Zillow for outsourced services and they preach this glorified vision that they cannot deliver on, it’s expensive and does not provide ROI to justify the cost thus why no one is buying. I whole heartedly regret my time there and wish I would have never left my prior company. The fact they don’t care enough to help my new company validate my prior employment says everything about how they value the people who invested everything into this terrible excuse for a company. Listen to the reviews, it’s the most toxic work environment I’ve ever been a part of and I can’t express it enough that they’re a terrible company and I still wake up most mornings with regret for giving them so much and getting so little in return. You’ve been warned, there are so many great companies out there and this is definitely not one of them. Don’t risk it, it’s not worth your time.
