Pros

Good health benefits via UnitedHealth.

Cons

Micromanage, cannot hold a conversation in office in this department without getting in trouble for talking with colleagues. However they expect you to come in 3 days a week at minimum to encourage team collaboration and team building. Meanwhile people who are paid at least 6 figures walk around the office holding conversations about nothing work related or complaining about local council employees and members-as if they do not realize without these very same people they would not have the big houses and fancy cars they own.

Pros

I can honestly say that apart from meeting two or three friendly people there was nothing positive about working for this organization.

Cons

Absolutely everything. Incompetent and hostile management, militaristic old-boy network that bullies newcomers, horrible organization, underage drug use that was not corrected ... I could go on. Enter this organization at your own risk.
