Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. Whilst we recognise we aren't perfect, we'd like to provide some insight into some areas you've discussed above, as we think this may help you to understand how seriously we take these matters.
Leadership training: Our leadership team have just returned from an offsite with a specialist coach, focused on helping them better communicate, align, and get results for the business. Hopefully this should remove some of the frustrations you felt.
HR Team: We have had a recent change in our HR team (for various reasons), however we've spent the last 6 months rebuilding, refocusing and now, our People team have some great projects in the pipeline.
Compensation: We do benchmarking for all roles across the organisation as we advertise them, making sure we're competitive. For our employees, we also offer annual pay reviews and salary benchmarking across the business so we know we're paying fairly.
