      Pros

      -Excellent benefits -High growth opportunity -Owners who greatly appreciate their employees and run their company based on this -Great flexibility and provide an enormous amount of autonomy to employees -Very low turnover for both employees and clients -A fun work environment to be a part of everyday

      Cons

      -Not all processes are in place since the company is new so it can create a little bit of chaos -The degree of autonomy and flexibility employees are given can sometimes be taken advantage of

      Pros

      Some of the smartest paid marketing people I've met work here. The overall culture is fantastic and the core values represent a progressive, smart, authentic company. To be cliched, it's a work hard, play hard environment and this helps keep the stress level very manageable. It's a great place to grow and develop your skills and the clients are a good fit with the company as well. It's not the type of place that takes any client no matter the fit with the group or the goals.

      Cons

      It's still a fairly small, growing company and there are some growing pains associated with that, but it really doesn't detract from the environment or the day-to-day work.

      -Produce quality work for clients -Very good team of professionals with expert knowledge in SEM and online advertising -Company values each employee -Very competitive pay and benefits - 401k, medical included -They really respect work/life balance -Clearly defined structure and path for growth

      -Not many. Standard growing pains of a start-up company.
