Pros

- In my first year, I had freedom to explore and try new things - Nice co-workers - Remote work, but only from home

Cons

- Restrictive in terms of experience and career growth - Spyware on laptops, activity tracking. More interested in time-tracking instead of assessing deliverable work. - Can't work at any location expect at home. So no coffee shops or travelling. - Retrenchment came unexpectedly

Pros

The company strives to create a close-knit force, where the employees are comfortable and happy in the working environment. They are patient with new employees and provide a great learning environment for designers to advance in. Fellow employees and uplines are always willing to assist and lend a helping hand; you can expect a friendly team to work alongside you.

Cons

The onboarding process can feel lengthily, but it proves to be necessary for the employee to fully grasp what to do and what is expected of them.
