I worked at Securitas full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Eventually work in a location closer to home, different positions, great conversations depending on which site they send you, and a great experience to gain if you want to make security your career in the future.

    Cons

Depending on position they give you, you could be an LPO on your feet for 12 hours straight, you can be guarding a gate out in the elements, or you can be in a location full of weirdos and drug users.

    Advice to Management

Keep your promises for those you say you're going to promote or at least try to promote those who've been there for 3-4 years like I was, I had so much experience and I was even the reason why a securitas contract was extended by a client.
